Our Senior Associate and Lead of Cross-Border Disputes, Rifat Rahman, will be speaking at the Criminal Law Session of the 38th LawAsia Conference 2025 in Hanoi, Vietnam, on 12th October.
Rifat will address the pressing issue of Extra-Judicial Killings and their implications under both domestic and international law.
We are also delighted that Tasmiah Zaman, our Senior Associate and Co-Lead of Corporate & Employment, will be joining him as a Delegate in representing Mahbub & Company at this year’s conference.
