Ariful Haque Rokon

Career

Ariful Haque Rokon earned his LL.B (Hons) LL.M from the University of Rajshahi. He began his career as an apprentice lawyer in the Judges Court in 2009 then he enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council in 2014 and also enrolled in the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association in 2015. Thereafter he was enrolled as an Advocate entitled to practice in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2017.

He has worked as an Associate lawyer for the leading Civil, Criminal and Corporate law firm, Faysal Hasan Arif & Associates, Bhuiyan Islam & Zaidi, Azad & Company and is currently working as an Associate at Mahbub & Company. Mr. Rokon has extensive knowledge and expertise in company matters, vetting and drafting of various agreements, banking and financial area, commercial law, property law, arbitration, intellectual property, international law, civil and criminal law and trademarks and patent law amongst others.
