Career:
Rafiul Islam is a Barrister-at-Law. He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
Rafiul works at the Chambers under the supervision of his seniors, Mr A.M.Mahbub Uddin (Head of Chambers), Mr Saqeb Mahbub (Partner) and assisting in and fast developing vast knowledge and expertise in a wide range of Civil and Criminal litigation matters.
Rafiul has assisted in legal work related to several notable cases at the Chambers. His engagement in and contribution to the firm’s litigation work includes drafting of legal notices, Writ Petitions, Bail Applications, Applications for stay of proceedings/Orders, Criminal Revisions, Section 561A Applications under the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898, etc. He also appears at hearings at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, representing theclients of the firm.
