Career
Shabul Mashani obtained her LLB degree from University of London in 2021. She joined as a legal intern in March 2022 at Mahbub & Company for a duration of 6 months. During the tenure of her internship, she has accumulated expertise in a wide range of corporate work. She assisted with legal research work, research pertaining to expert reports, vetting of contracts, drafting legal notices, miscellaneous cases, writ petitions, bail applications, etc. Furthermore, she has been shadowing the advocates and barristers during hearings at the Hon’ble High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Mahbub & Company in March 2022, she successfully completed a 6 month mini-pupilage at a litigation based chamber in Dhaka where she gained first-hand knowledge in civil and criminal litigation and family law matters, whereby she was mostly involved with drafting work and legal research work.
